Natural Engineer WebStar in NOW product magazine issue 01/2002

The latest edition of Software AG's NOW product magazine (01/2002) contains an article on "Building Web Applications with Natural" on page 18, which references Natural Engineer's add-on component WebStar.

WebStar provides the facility to Web-enable Natural applications by modifying existing Natural code, separating the presentation layer within the code and providing a mechanism to generate XML data at run time. The existing business and application logic is unaffected and the database accesses are unchanged.

After an application has been modified using WebStar, the application can be executed from a web browser, or, from its current Natural environment.
